1. IT Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  2. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  3. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  4. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  5. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  6. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)
  7. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  8. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Requirements

  1. Experience at least two years as marketing specialist or similar role
  2. Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  3. Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  4. Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  5. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
  6. Well-organized and detail oriented
  7. Exceptional communication and writing skills
  8. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  9. BSc/BA in marketing, Engineering ,communications or equivalent

2. IT Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  1. Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
  2. Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
  3. Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs
  4. Answering any technical questions the client might have
  5. Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client.

Requirements

  1. Experience at least two years as IT Sales or similar role
  2. Familiar with Microsoft servers, Cisco, VMware products.
  3. Have a work power and confidence to achieve his monthly target
  4. Excellent selling skills
  5. Excellent technical knowledge
  6. A keen interest in IT issues
  7. Presentation skills
  8. The ability to write reports and proposals
  9. The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
  10. Negotiating skills
  11. The ability to plan every day effectively
  12. BSc/BA in Engineering, National Diploma/Certificate in Computer Studies, IT or Networking.

3. Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  1. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  2. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  3. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  4. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  5. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  6. Prepare accurate and timely reports
  7. Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

Requirements

  1. BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  2. Proven working experience in enterprise technical support
  3. Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities and scripting
  4. Strong problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent client-facing skills
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. IT Certified for vendors like Microsoft, Cisco and VMware.
  8. Have Good Technical background in Networking , Active Directory , Exchange , and Firewalls
